Position Summary

We are seeking passionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT at Behavior Bridges ABA LLC, you will work one-on-one with clients under the direct supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll play a key role in helping children acquire new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and achieve developmental milestones.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the clinic, home, school, or community settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
  • Accurately collect and record data on client progress using electronic data systems
  • Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding client progress and challenges
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with preparing materials and reinforcing program targets
  • Maintain a professional, compassionate, and ethical approach in all client interactions

Qualifications

  • Required:
  • Active RBT certification through the BACB
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred)
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with data collection tools and ABA terminology
