**Job Title:** Mental Health Therapist
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Location:** Lansing, Michigan
**Salary Range:** $68,000 to $100,000 per year
**Job Overview:**
BeeLoved Counseling is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed or limited licensed mental health therapist who will provide therapy to a case load of as little as 15 and a maximum of 30 clients. The therapist will have the flexibility to create their own schedule, choosing the days and times they would like to be in the office, and they can opt to offer in-person and/or telehealth services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide therapy to clients in a compassionate and professional manner
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team as needed
- Stay current on best practices and trends in mental health therapy
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the field of mental health therapy
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the state of Michigan.
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
