The Customer Service Agent (CSA) at Seattle Express is a seasonal, fully remote position responsible for assisting guests with cruise and airport shuttle bookings, answering inbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer support.

The Customer Service Agent (CSA) at Seattle Express plays a key role in ensuring a smooth guest experience by handling reservations, resolving inquiries, and providing information about services and local attractions. The role requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a high-call-volume environment.


Position Details:

• Seasonal (April–September)

• Remote | Part-Time & Full-Time (25–40 hrs/week)

• Shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening

• Requires PC/laptop and reliable internet (headset provided)


Key Skills:

• Customer service and sales experience

• Comfortable navigating reservation systems

• Calm, resourceful, and professional under pressure

• Tourism/hospitality background a plus


CSAs are the voice of Seattle Express, helping guests book their journey and feel confident about their trip from start to finish.
