The New Construction Plumber works in our Residential or Commercial job sites. This role is key to our throughput goals and works with a team of 2-3 in doing either subrough, rough, or finish work. While plumbing experience is appreciated, a sense of the importance of quality of work and “doing it right the first time” are key characteristics of the ideal candidate.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Primary duties of the New Construction Plumber include the following:
- Subrough Work
- Trenching
- Pipe laying
- Rough Work
- Water lines
- Blueprint reading
- Tub installation
- Drain Lines
- Finish Work
- Sink and toilet installation
- Faucet and Fixture installation
- Clean up and final touches
- All other duties as assigned by the Superintendent/Management Team
SKILLS
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
- Basic - Advanced understanding of plumbing equipment.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- High School Diploma
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Preferred
- Prior Plumbing experience
- Familiarity with tools and equipment associated with plumbing
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand, lift, walk, and/or crouch for extended periods of time
