JOB TITLE: LOT ATTENDANT

DEPARTMENT: SERVICE/NEW CONSTRUCTION

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties include:

• Work hand in hand with on-site mechanic to assist with any projects they are working on
• Assist tools department with inventory and check-in/check-out process
• Travel between job sites doing inspections of company vehicles and keeping log of cleanliness
• Assist delivery drivers and run deliveries when needed
• Pick up equipment and tools from offsite locations
• Relocate company vehicles around the yard to ensure vehicles are in proper parking locations
• Any other duties assigned by management

SKILLS

• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Must be punctual and have good time management skills
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean driving record

Preferred

• Forklift certified
• Knowledge of plumbing parts and equipment
• Mechanical knowledge for heavy machinery/vehicles

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Required to sit for long periods of time while driving
