The HR Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all paperwork related to HR including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, etc. They will report directly to the HR Manager and will be the first level of contact for employees, serving as an example of our culture and core values.



The Primary duties of the HR Coordinator/Exec Assistant include the following:

  • Maintain HR processes and procedures, including; on-boarding, off-boarding, compliance, recruiting, team communications, team shirts/uniforms, and recognition
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the process as needed to maintain compliance
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of the employee handbook and other HR policies, providing assistance to employees with questions about policies, or directing them to the HR Manager as needed
  • Maintain team member recognition programs, ensuring team member engagement and satisfaction (To Be Developed)
  • Foster open door policy for all staff levels
  • Maintain all recruitment ads on internal/external job boards, arranging interviews for all candidates with the HR Manager/Division Managers
  • Work with the Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate pay
  • Encourage attention to detail and eye for customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Deploy HR initiatives 
  • All other duties as required


The HR Coordinator will attend to all assignments outside of their regularly assigned duties, including, but not limited to:

  • Restocking the breakroom
  • Ordering various office supplies
  • Ordering and distributing uniforms/equipment (shirts, hats, phones, etc.)


  • Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
  • Proficient in Google Suite or similar software.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.



  • High School Diploma


  • Business or Accounting degree (AS, BS)
  • At least two years of related experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English


  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
