Beehive Mental Health LLC Full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Lehi, UT · Full time Company website

We're looking for thoughtful, down-to-earth, and passionate therapists (AMFT, LMFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC) who want to do meaningful work with a team that cares. If you're drawn to a practice that values clinical quality, supports autonomy, and takes access seriously — we might be a good fit. At Beehive Mental Health, we’re committed to making care accessible across Utah — we accept all major insurance plans, offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and believe clients AND clinicians deserve a supportive, transparent experience. You’ll work alongside a local team that values balance, curiosity, and purpose — without the corporate noise.

About Beehive Mental Health LLC

Beehive Mental Health is an independently owned outpatient mental health practice with locations in Salt Lake & Utah County. We're not a large agency or national chain — we're built and led by Utahns, for Utahns, and we prioritize people over profits. We focus on quality over volume. Our therapists specialize in what they’re passionate about, and we support them with streamlined systems, responsive local admin support, and a culture that values professional growth, balance, and autonomy. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced clinician, we aim to provide a space where you can do your best work — without the burnout. We also prioritize access to care — offering both in-person and telehealth sessions, and accepting all major insurance plans. This flexibility not only supports the clients we serve with greater accessibility, but gives our clinicians more options in how and where they work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’re unapologetically clinician-first in how we operate. At Beehive Mental Health, that means:

  1. Autonomy: You choose who you see — no top-down caseload assignments.
  2. Flexibility: Set your schedule and see clients in-person, virtually, or both.
  3. Supportive Ownership: Leadership that’s invested in your growth, not just your productivity.
  4. Real Benefits: We cover the majority of your health and dental premiums, plus offer PTO and holidays.
  5. Culture That Cares: Work in a collaborative, welcoming space with a team that shows up for each other.
