Beehive Mental Health LLC Full-time Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Lehi, UT · Full time Company website

We're looking for thoughtful, down-to-earth, and passionate therapists (AMFT, LMFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC) who want to do meaningful work with a team that cares. If you're drawn to a practice that values clinical quality, supports autonomy, and takes access seriously — we might be a good fit. At Beehive Mental Health, we’re committed to making care accessible across Utah — we accept all major insurance plans, offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and believe clients AND clinicians deserve a supportive, transparent experience. You’ll work alongside a local team that values balance, curiosity, and purpose — without the corporate noise.

Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a therapist on our team, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care while being supported in doing your best work. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing ongoing therapy and regularly reviewing treatment progress
  • Maintaining timely and accurate documentation, including case notes and treatment plan updates, in accordance with company policy
  • Supporting clients through creative, evidence-informed interventions
  • Coordinating care with case managers, medical providers, family members, and others as needed
  • Participating in monthly clinical team meetings and training opportunities
  • Offering excellent customer service and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship with clients

Full-Time therapists are expected to maintain a caseload of at least 25 billable sessions per week.

Part-Time therapists must maintain a minimum of 8+ sessions weekly.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’re unapologetically clinician-first in how we operate. At Beehive Mental Health, that means:

  1. Autonomy: You choose who you see — no top-down caseload assignments.
  2. Flexibility: Set your schedule and see clients in-person, virtually, or both.
  3. Supportive Ownership: Leadership that’s invested in your growth, not just your productivity.
  4. Real Benefits: We cover the majority of your health and dental premiums, plus offer PTO and holidays.
  5. Culture That Cares: Work in a collaborative, welcoming space with a team that shows up for each other.

BENEFITS INCLUDE

  • Competitive pay: $45–$60 per billable hour, depending on licensure and experience
  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Signing bonus for clinicians who bring an existing caseload
  • Paid vacation and holidays
  • Annual training stipend
  • Access to individual and group consultation
  • Opportunities to develop within a growing private practice (e.g., group facilitation, supporting marketing, community education, etc.)
  • Flexibility to build your niche or specialty area

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Utah license (or eligible for reciprocity within 90 days)
  • Accepted licensures: AMFT, MFT, CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC
  • Prefer candidates with training or certification in one or more areas such as:
