Are you a creative and highly organized social media guru with a passion for storytelling and brand building? Beefy Marketing is looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content, engaging with our audience, and driving our clients’ social media strategies to new heights. You’ll work closely with customers to gather content, create visually stunning graphics, and lead a team dedicated to making an impact across all major social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google, and Twitter (X).
  • Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to gather content, understand their voice, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Video & Photography: Capture high-quality visuals for social media posts, ads, and stories.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics using Canva and, when needed, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns that effectively promote our clients’ businesses.
  • Ad Campaigns: Manage light Facebook ad campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Analytics & Strategy: Analyze performance data to refine and adjust strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Copywriting: Craft engaging and on-brand copy for social posts, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Blog Management: Edit and schedule client blog posts, ensuring timely publication.
  • Customer Interaction: Be personable and approachable during on-site content days, making clients feel valued and heard.


Qualifications:


  • Strong background in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Canva, with basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, adjust strategies, and report on performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for client interaction.
  • Experience with video and photography is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with brand standards and maintaining brand consistency.
