We are seeking an enthusiastic Paid Advertising Specialist with expertise in Facebook and Google Ads to develop, coordinate, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of performance metrics.


Job Summary

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Paid Advertising Specialist to join our energetic team at Beefy Marketing. This position aims to develop, coordinate, and administer paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads for Beefy Marketing and its clients. You may be the one we're searching for if you have a track record of managing successful campaigns, setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM), and tracking performance metrics. In this role, you’ll create and optimize ad content that resonates with the target audience, drive engagement, and convert leads into clients. Key deliverables include the development of advertising strategies that effectively drive engagement and conversions while monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Develops, maintains, and administers paid advertising strategies on Facebook and Google Ads to further sales efforts and build brand awareness.
  • Sets up and manages Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate tracking of campaign performance.
  • Crafts ad content including graphics, captions, and interaction strategies.
  • Monitors and analyzes ad performance data and metrics, providing regular reports to clients.
  • Identifies, develops, and executes opportunities for ad content based on business service offerings and client needs.
  • Understands, communicates, and reports on ad performance data and metrics – assists in helping clients understand the Return-on-Investment (ROI) of their advertising efforts.
  • Facilitates communication with clients, ensuring their brand is properly supported and elevated in advertising efforts.
  • Regularly tracks ad performance and provides follow-up recommendations to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  • Maintains awareness of effective advertising and engagement strategies, continually developing the capabilities of Beefy Marketing's offering.
  • Utilizes advertising support systems such as AdEspresso and Wordstream to enhance ad capability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborates with other members of the Beefy Marketing team in developing strategy, writing copy, and managing related data.
  • Manages Marketing Assistant assignments, ensuring work is carried out appropriately.
  • Writes and proofreads all ad content prior to distribution.
  • Actively participates in the development of new ad content, including its reach, drive, and distribution method.
  • Analyzes and explores new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a leader in the digital marketing industry.
  • All other duties as assigned.
