We’re currently hiring experienced painters to join our team for both interior and exterior painting projects. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial job sites. Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial properties
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and priming as needed
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking, and taping
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and ensure job site safety
- Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule and to high standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of professional painting experience (interior and exterior)
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in painting
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Reliable transportation to our office/shop (transportation to job sites may be provided)
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to teamwork
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
