Be Well Natural Medicine is a thriving, cash-based, boutique clinic established in 2009 seeking a like minded Naturopathic Doctor to join our group practice.
We walk between worlds at Be Well, using a wide array of advanced functional medicine labs in combination with the wisdom of naturopathic medicine to address patients' health on an individualized, root cause level. Areas of strong expertise for our clinic are women's health (>80% of patients are female), holistic skin care, autoimmune disorders, GI dysfunction and disease, thyroid and sex hormone imbalances, and complex chronic cases including chronic infections, Lyme Disease and co-infections and mold illness. We sustain long term partnership with our patients, deepening their personal knowledge base and moving beyond resolved chief complaints into true preventative wellness.
At Be Well we essentially function like "specialists", spending our time on naturopathic modalities and philosophy and referring, as needed, to local MDs/DOs for primary care needs.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Naturopathic Doctor - Independent contractor or employee, depending on location.
- Part time; Full time
- US based. Hybrid in-person/virtual preferred near Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN metro area. Willing to consider fully remote for the right candidate.
COMPENSATION
Example of Part-Time Earnings Potential: Approximately $5,200 net per month with a patient load of 4 new patients per week and 6 follow-up patients per week, plus additional income from supplement sales. As you grow your practice and expand your patient base and hours, your earning potential will increase, offering opportunities for greater financial success over time.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Licensing Qualifications:
- Naturopathic Doctor that has graduated from an accredited naturopathic medical school recognized by the US Department of Education
- Successful completion of the NPLEX or equivalent national competency exam if international
- Will need to become registered with the Minnesota and Wisconsin Boards of Medical Practice and carry malpractice insurance
Clinical Requirements:
- Proficiency in women’s health and experience managing GI, endocrine, skin, and autoimmune conditions.
- Ability to retain patients long-term through deep engagement, patient education, and personalized treatment plans.
- Self-motivated and committed to building a thriving practice by actively participating in networking, community involvement, and fostering lasting patient relationships.
- Warm and personable, with strong skills in building rapport with patients and colleagues both in-person and virtually.
- Maintains clear professional and personal boundaries to create a respectful and effective work environment.
- Demonstrates excellent time management, balancing empathy and efficiency to deliver exceptional care.
- Confident and grounded, fostering trust through authenticity and collaboration.
- Approaches challenges with curiosity and self-awareness, maintaining a willingness to learn and adapt while recognizing internal biases.
Technical Requirements:
- Hybrid in-person and remote position with weekday clinic hours oriented to a 8:30am to 5:00pm workday in the Central time zone.
- Efficiency and proficiency with the use of electronic health records (EHR). All charts are expected to be signed on the same day of service.
- Reliable high speed internet connection.
- HIPAA-compliant, private space for virtual appointments (no co-working spaces allowed)
ADDITIONAL SKILLS FOR PRIORITY APPLICANTS
1.) Strong interest and/or proficiency in at least one of the following additional clinical areas:
- Pediatrics
- Fertility
- Naturopathic Oncology
- Cardiology
- Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Mental Health / Walsh Protocol
- Environmental/Mold illness
2.) Familiarity with interpretation and therapeutic application of the following functional medicine labs:
- DUTCH Complete and DUTCH Cycle Mapping
- Stool Testing via Diagnostic Solutions Lab and Doctor's Data
- Wheat Zoomer via Vibrant Wellness
- SIBO testing
- IgG food sensitivity testing
- Mold and Mycotoxin Testing
