Bob Cleans Windows was established in 2020 by owner and founder, Bob Chapman, which conducts business in the Columbus Metropolitan area (and sometimes beyond). Bob Cleans Windows has developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations by providing top-level window cleaning services while maintaining a safe working environment. No longer the new kid on the block, we are looking to grow and serve a much larger client base in the Central Ohio area by hiring the best people we can. We currently have just one product, Window Cleaning, and we will continue to win clients over by executing at high levels day in and day out.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaning & Gutter Service Technician to join our team full time. Must have a valid driver's license and a strong work ethic - we teach you everything else! This is an active, outdoor position that requires comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions, and the ability to safely operate ladders and equipment while delivering exceptional service to residential and commercial customers. We start each day ~8:30 AM; typical days finish around 4:30–5:30 PM (approx. 35-40 hrs/wk). We need someone to work until Mid-December with an option to return in March 2027 for the full season.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Professional communication and customer service skills (a must)
• Must be detail-oriented and take pride in quality workmanship
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate ladders, pressure washers, and hand tools
• Comfortable working on ladders and roofs at varying heights

Preferred

• Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, exterior cleaning, or holiday lighting installation
• Experience operating company vehicles or working in field service roles
• Basic knowledge of gutter and gutter protection systems and exterior property maintenance

Responsibilities

• Provide professional interior and exterior window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties (primarily residential up to 4 stories)
• Clean gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage and functionality
• Install gutter guard protection systems according to company standards
• Install and remove seasonal holiday lighting displays during peak seasons
• Safely operate ladders, tools, and other equipment on job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company positively
• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly after service completion
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship
