Description

This role ensures keeping tracking of necessary documentation for each project, including but not limited to contracts, schedules, project costs, on-site activities, subcontractor agreements, and safety and quality plans within BCMason Group system/tools as well as within other platforms as required by clients.


This position's schedule is split between the field and the office and is dependent on being available based on the unique needs of each project to ensure work is completed on schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Coordination: Provide high level administrative project support. Assist in teeing up jobs for construction by coordinating with various internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary resources and information are in place before project commencement.
  • Permits Management: Manage the process for obtaining NDOT and TDOT closure and excavation permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely acquisition.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and field leads, including documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Subcontractor Document Management: Responsible for collecting COIs, Licenses and Lein Waivers from subcontractors when projects warrant. 
  • Assistant to the President: Assist the company president with email management, scheduling, and miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Documentation and Folder Management: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including permits, contracts, and correspondence. Create and maintain electronic files and company one drive folders
  • Scheduling: Assist in creating and maintaining the overall company schedule as well as schedule management for the President.
