Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Foreman based in Nashville, TN. The Construction Foreman will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at the project site. Responsibilities include supervising and directing workers, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with project plans, operating or managing the operation of heavy equipment, and maintaining quality control standards. Effective communication with both the team and other project stakeholders will be a key part of this role.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Carpentry and Quality Control
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and management
  • Strong Communication skills for team coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Procore and Outlook proficiency
  • Understanding of Civil Engineering principles relevant to construction
  • Proven experience in leading construction teams or managing projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and project specifications
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


Salary

$25 - $35 per hour
