Our crew work in small, agile teams on a variety of residential and small commercial land development projects in the East Valley and throughout the Greater Phoenix Area. Skilled operators who display good leadership and team work ethic may have the potential for growth and promotion within the team.

Equipment we use include blade, wheel loader, skip loader, scraper, skid steer, excavators, water truck.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and desire to excel
• The qualified candidate must have experience operating on GPS-enabled equipment.
• Proficiency in reading plans is required
• Clean driving record required
• In-depth knowledge of all the heavy equipment we use is required, including: Wheel Loader, Skip Loader, Excavators, Skid Steer, Blade, Scraper, Gannon, and other specialized equipment.
• Mechanical/maintenance skill is a plus
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings
