We’re a close-knit Earthworks team specializing in residential and small commercial grading and land development projects in the East Valley and Greater Phoenix area. We’re growing and looking for 1 or 2 more EXPERIENCED equipment operators who share our passion for excellence and can contribute every day to a positive, results-driven environment.

• Skilled operators who display good leadership and team work ethic may be considered for a leadership/foreman role within the team.
• Equipment we use include blade, wheel loader, skip loader, scraper, skid steer, excavators, water truck.

We are not seeking less experienced heavy equipments operators at this time!

What we are looking for:

• A skilled equipment operator experienced in reading grade stakes
• Experience with reading and interpreting grading and development plans
• Ability to check elevations and grades with precision
• Experienced blade operator
• Someone who will bring enthusiasm and excellence to work every day
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings
• Experience with operating gps-enabled equipment a plus
• Mechanical/maintenance skill a plus
• Proven leadership experience a plus
