Responsibilities:

  • Meticulously prepare tax returns for real estate entities and investors, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations, navigating complex tax regulations, and maximizing benefits mainly in the real estate industry.
  • Conduct all client meetings and communications electronically via secure Zoom portals, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Deliver timely updates and responses to client inquiries, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members to streamline processes and optimize client outcomes.


Requirements:

  • EA or CPA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation, with a focus on real estate clients and businesses.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., TaxAct, TaxDome), Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail etc, and Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
