Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, fashion-forward Style Advisor who genuinely loves helping people look and feel their best. This role is about more than just selling clothes — it's about getting to know clients, understanding their lifestyle, and becoming their go-to source for style advice year after year. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and motivated by building a loyal client book, not just closing a single sale.
This is an on-site position working closely with clients, tailors, and store leadership to create a personalized, memorable shopping experience from the first visit to the fitting room.
Key Responsibilities
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients and maintain a strong client book
• Provide styling advice and curate outfits based on each client's needs and lifestyle
• Follow up with clients proactively for new arrivals, special occasions, and repeat visits
• Stay current on trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections
• Partner with tailoring team to ensure a seamless fit and alteration experience
• Help create an inviting, well-merchandised sales floor
• Meet personal sales goals and contribute to overall team success
• Bring positive, welcoming energy to every client interaction
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for relationship-building
• Fashion-forward with a strong sense of personal style
• Men's custom suiting experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and driven by sales goals and client retention
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Saturday availability
• Retail or styling experience preferred but not required — attitude and people skills matter most
