The Sr. Digital Strategist at BattleAxe Digital is a mid-level role in the Ads Department, crucial for driving client campaigns. This position involves creating and managing digital persuasion, advocacy, and direct response campaigns, handling ad setup and conversion tracking, and generating client reports with key metrics. The strategist must manage both smaller and larger clients, representing the company's digital strategies on client calls. Key competencies include strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


This is a mid-level job at BattleAxe Digital and is used as a stepping stone to Account Manager. Incredibly strong attention to detail is required. This position is within the Ads Department, which handles ad buying and reporting for BAX clients. The Digital Strategist will report to senior Ads staff. This position may require management of associates, and therefore management skills are often required. Must have worked in campaigns and/or digital advertising for at least one cycle, or two years.


→ Creating full digital persuasion, advocacy and/or direct response campaigns for clients; including budgeting and creative planning

→ Setting up ad campaigns from beginning to end; including conversion tracking

→ Creating reports with key metric for clients

→ Acts as a resource on ad optimizations for members of other teams

→ Managing creative, writing, and strategy components internally to move a campaign along

→ Troubleshooting and problem-solving with other members of the Ads department

→ Can run larger clients autonomously and/or with extremely limited supervision 

→ Can represent BattleAxe and explain & advocate for digital strategies on client calls
