Full-time | $37.50–$50/hour + overtime at time-and-a-half

Bathroom Brad is an owner-operated Las Vegas bathroom remodeling company (NV License #0095474). The Role

We're hiring a Lead Installation Technician to run installs from demo to final walkthrough. You'll be the person in the customer's home — doing the work, directing a helper, and making the call when a 1970s Vegas bathroom hands you something unexpected. Our one-day install model means the lead has to be organized, fast, and precise at the same time. This is a hands-on position.

What You'll Do

• Demo existing tub and shower surrounds; prep substrate, framing, and plumbing rough-ins
• Cut, fit, seam, and install grout-free solid surface wall panels, shower bases, and pans
• Set valves, fixtures, frameless glass, doors, and trim; caulk and finish watertight
• Install walk-in tubs, including door seals, seating, grab bars, and safety features
• Direct a helper or second tech on-site and keep the install on a one- to three-day schedule
• Be the homeowner's main point of contact during the install
• Complete the final walkthrough and any punch-list items
• Protect the home, manage materials, and leave every job clean

What We're Looking For

• [3+] years hands-on installation experience — bath remodeling, solid surface, countertops, tile, or finish carpentry
• Comfortable working to 1/16" and getting tight seams on out-of-square walls
• Solid plumbing fundamentals (supply lines, drains, valve sets)
• Your own hand tools; we provide specialty tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional, respectful presence in occupied homes — many of our customers are seniors remodeling for safety and accessibility
• Able to lift [75] lbs and work on your feet all day
• Willing to occasionally travel to Pahrump, Mesquite, or Laughlin
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with grout-free solid surface systems
• Plumbing installation and drain relocation experience — helpful, not required
• Walk-in tub installation experience
• ADA and accessibility conversion work (barrier-free entries, grab bars, bench seating)
• Experience leading a crew or training junior techs
