Batch Junior Account Manager Remote · Full time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our team and support our partner experience. With 2,000+ experience partners on the platform across 35+ cities, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our partners thrive on the Batch platform. You will assist in optimizing partner listings, driving revenue growth, and providing valuable insights to help partners succeed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Partner Success: Assist our 2,000+ experience partners in optimizing their listings, launching in new markets, marketing to new party types, and boosting revenue.
  • Revenue Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance conversion rates, and drive overall success on the Batch platform.
  • Communication: Act as a key point of contact for Batch partners, providing them with updates on product improvements, data insights, and new marketing features.
  • Direct Collaboration: Support top partners in enhancing their offerings, increasing marketing support, and identifying areas of opportunities both on and off the Batch platform.


Must Haves:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales or a similar role, with a focus on driving client success.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, drive revenue, and support partner growth.
  • Passion: A strong interest in supporting small businesses and helping them succeed.
