Batch Director of Account Management Remote · Full time

We are seeking an experienced Director of Account Management to join our team and lead our partner experience. We have 2,000+ experience partners on the platform across 35+ cities. You will lead the charge on building out a team to ensure that we provide an excellent experience to our partners by driving revenue for partners, providing data and insights, and becoming a spokesperson announcing exciting new developments on the platform. This is a new position created in order to provide an excellent experience for all of the partners in our marketplace!

Batch is the leading group travel platform for planning trips with friends and booking incredible experiences. We are a post-Series A startup backed by leading venture capital firms. We are a lean team of 30 employees with excellent retention, because who doesn’t love building a party platform?!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch has a subscription and take rate model with the partners in the marketplace. You will specifically own net revenue retention for all subscribed partners to the marketplace.
  • You will be the spokesperson for the Batch partners. You will lead the communication to our base via delivering updates on product improvements, data and insights, and marketing features that will drive growth to partners.
  • You will create plan for helping boost revenue for our vendors. This includes supporting them in launching new markets, marketing to new party types, and driving further conversion optimization for their listing page
  • Manage a team of account managers that will support vendors by region. Hold the team accountable towards goals to drive revenue, improve partner CSAT, and reducing churn to the platform.
  • Work directly with top partners to increase their product offering, provide more marketing support, and help grow their overall business, both on and off the Batch platform.


Must haves:


  • Leadership experience hiring and managing a team before
  • Demonstrated success in customer success, account management, and customer service
  • A passion for driving growth for small businesses and entrepreneurship
  • Excellent communication skills. You are single-handedly owning the vision of providing marketing technology for SMBs and bringing that to life.
  • Results driven. You will own goals for the team and contribute to the overall forecast to drive revenue and reduce churn for all partners on the Batch platform.

$160,000 - $180,000 per year
