Batch is building the platform for the celebration economy. We help parties plan the trips of a lifetime, and we promote the businesses behind them. We need someone to build the brand that tells that story — not in a press-release way, in an *every weekend, across the country* way. This isn't a manage-a-team role. This is a run-it-yourself role. You're the one doing the work, the face of the brand, and shaping how Batch shows up in the world.
What you will own:
The brand. We're looking for someone whose entire job is making the celebration economy come to life in a voice, a feed, and community.
Social. Run the calendar across IG, TikTok, and our experience pages. Promote partners. Promote parties. Set the bar for what Batch sounds and looks like in the world.
Community. Respond to DMs. Manage the consumer audience and manage the B2B partner audience.
Content production. Every weekend, hundreds of parties post about their celebration on Batch. Your job is to turn that into snackable content we use on our channels, push to partners, and hand back to the parties themselves. You’re creating a party content engine in-house.
There are two unique skillsets required to bring this vision to life:
You can build a workflow that turns 200 parties submitting content per weekend into a content pipeline and distribution system. You can also shoot a TikTok and run a creative brand campaign while measuring engagement and results.
The role looks like three jobs because it is. The only reason one person can do it is because someone fluent in AI tools can now do what a content team of five used to do.
Chatbots automating DM flow. Latest editing tools producing at volume. Calendar and asset management stitched into actual workflows. You're not using AI to "save time"; you're using it to make the role possible.
