Batch is hiring a rockstar sales team! We are bringing on a new pod of account executives starting on October 7th. Your job will be to leverage our data to find the most fun experiences across the country and get them into our marketplace. This could include party buses, private chefs, or drag shows. Every day you will be talking directly with the owners of these businesses across 40+ US cities.
Own a Data Driven Roadmap
You will be responsible for utilizing our existing database of over 700k parties to find the best experience partners in the country and put them in our marketplace. The data gathered will identify where you need to invest your energy and build supply to the Batch marketplace.
Understand New Market Opportunities
On top of finding leads through our own data, you will have your finger on the pulse of our top markets. You have the eye of our consumer and can find the hottest up and coming party trends in the US. This year, for instance, we’ve helped hibachi chefs expand to over 30 markets and take the leading position in our marketplace!
Manage a Sales Pipeline
You have clear targets in place and will set up reporting structure on a weekly basis to go over sourcing, prospects in the funnel, and closing new business. You understand the various stages of closing a sale and can A/B test your script and processes to constantly improve your conversion rate and CLOSE THE DEAL!
New Vertical Expansion
You will lead new company initiatives to expand into new business verticals. Batch recently expanded beyond bachelorette parties with the goal of becoming the World’s leading party marketplace. There are an endless amount of new business opportunities to pursue, and we’re looking for thoughtful and strategic account executives to help lead the marketplace to new frontiers.
