Batch Account Manager Remote · Full time

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team and enhance our partner experience. With 2,000+ experience partners on the platform across 35+ cities, you will be instrumental in driving success for our partners by optimizing their listings, increasing revenue, and providing critical data insights. You will act as a key liaison between Batch and our partners, ensuring they receive the support they need to grow their business.

Batch is the leading group travel platform for planning trips with friends and booking incredible experiences. We are a post-Series A startup backed by leading venture capital firms. We are a lean team of 30 employees with excellent retention because who doesn’t love building a party platform?!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Partner Success: Assist our 2,000+ experience partners in optimizing their listings, launching in new markets, marketing to new party types, and boosting revenue.
  • Revenue Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance conversion rates, and drive overall success on the Batch platform.
  • Communication: Act as the spokesperson for Batch partners, delivering updates on product improvements, data insights, and new marketing features.
  • Direct Collaboration: Work with top partners to enhance their offerings, increase marketing support, and grow their business both on and off the Batch platform.


Must Haves:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, with a track record of driving growth for clients.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven success in setting and achieving goals, driving revenue, and reducing churn.
  • Passion: A deep passion for supporting small businesses and helping them thrive.
