Basket Materials is a startup focused on solving the waste problem and finding new ways to create a circular economy through operational efficiencies and advanced recycling techniques. We provide solutions and services for IT Asset Disposition and Electronic Waste recycling.

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support this mission by providing insight and improvements in our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a whole lot of hustle.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and run daily reports from the ERP system to ensure compliance with all mandatory and voluntary recycling requirements
• Support business administrative requirements
• Create business analytics reports on resale channels to create actionable intelligence on methods to improve profit margins
• Support sales efforts by creating reports from customer data analytics and lead generation data

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - required
• Strong work ethic with analytical and problem-solving skills
• High degree of computer literacy
• Strong attention to detail
