We serve everyday people across North Philadelphia, and when someone's in a beauty crisis, we make sure the right product is already on its way — not just something fast, but the correct thing, fast. That combination is what sets us apart: speed without sacrificing whether it's actually the product you needed. Key Responsibilities

•  Complete a pre-trip vehicle inspection before every route

•  Deliver orders safely, accurately, and on the promised timeline

•  Represent BASH professionally and warmly at every doorstep

•  Handle on-route issues — a wrong address, no answer — per BASH's process, not improvised

•  Process returns and undelivered orders correctly at the end of a route

Required Qualifications

We hire for character first. If you're reliable, coachable, and genuinely care about doing good work, we can teach you almost everything else. The list below is kept short on purpose — only what genuinely can't be trained on the job.

•  Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

•  Comfortable driving in varied conditions and traffic

•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts

•  Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

•  Previous delivery, courier, or rideshare experience

•  Familiarity with GPS or delivery-app navigation

•  Customer service experience

Physical Requirements

•  Frequently lift and carry up to 30 lbs

•  Extended periods of sitting (driving) and walking (deliveries)

•  Getting in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout a shift

•  Working outdoors in varied weather conditions

BASH is intentionally launching with part-time positions as we build responsibly. As the business grows, high-performing team members may have real opportunities to move into full-time roles — based on company growth, operational needs, and performance. This is a disciplined choice, not a limitation: we'd rather grow the right way than overpromise and walk it back.

We understand our team members have lives outside of work — school, parenting, another part-time job, or just the rest of life. While business needs always come first, we strive to create consistent schedules and communicate early whenever possible. We believe flexibility works best when it's built on reliability, communication, and mutual respect.

Compensation & Benefits

Delivery Driver starts at $18/hour.

Because we're an early-stage startup, our launch team positions are part-time and do not currently include traditional benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, or paid holidays.

As BASH grows, we fully intend to expand our employee benefits alongside the company.

Schedule Expectations

Weekend availability required — this is when most deliveries happen. Full availability strongly preferred in November, our first holiday season. Route times may shift as we learn real delivery patterns in the first few months.
