At BasePoint Academy, we are committed to providing the highest quality treatments utilizing evidence-based principles in a family oriented, safe environment. At BasePoint Academy, servant leadership is a philosophy in which the main goal of the leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership which typically employs a top-down leadership model. Our leaders put the needs of others first and help people develop and perform as highly as possible. This takes shape in all staff town halls, employee surveys, discussing company financials, employee recognition programs among many other initiatives. Employees are the most important people in the organization because they take care of our patients.
