What You’ll Do

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for strategic and proactive sourcing and engaging exceptional healthcare professionals. This role will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, cultivate long-term pipelines of specialized talent, and develop partnerships that strengthen our brand as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.

You’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand complex staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions that anticipate future hiring demands.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build, manage, and continuously nurture pipelines of clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals for critical, high-impact roles.
  • Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques, social recruiting, professional networks, and talent communities.
  • Leverage CRM tools and talent databases to maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates.
  • Use data and market intelligence to identify talent trends and inform workforce planning.

Innovative Talent Attraction & Partnerships

  • Identify and develop partnerships with healthcare associations, training programs, universities, and professional organizations that align with key hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to craft content that highlights our mission and values in the healthcare space.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and community initiatives to expand visibility and attract niche talent.
  • Experiment with new sourcing channels, AI tools, and referral programs to increase diversity and reach.

Candidate Engagement & Screening

  • Conduct high-touch outreach and screening for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with organizational culture and mission.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with department leaders to forecast upcoming needs and define role requirements.
  • Advise hiring teams on talent market insights, compensation trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with Recruiting Ops and HR to ensure seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset — you enjoy creating systems and pipelines from the ground up.
  • Deep curiosity about people and genuine passion for improving healthcare through talent.
  • Resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable experimenting with new approaches to find the best candidates.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to attract mission-aligned professionals.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business-related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in healthcare or related industry.
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill or senior-level healthcare positions.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with both internal and external partners.
  • Experience leveraging technology and analytics tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, sourcing automation, ATS platforms, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative sourcing strategies and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, credentialing requirements, and workforce trends preferred.
