BasePoint is looking for a compassionate and motivated PRN Access Specialist to join our team at our Forney clinic!

What You’ll Do

As a PRN Access Specialist, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:


  • Provide safe transportation for patients to and from the Facility.
  • Prevent and manage crises with patients who have various behavioral issues.
  • Responsible for the non-mechanical upkeep of the van, ensuring cleanliness inside the vehicles, reporting damage, and mechanical problems for repairs. All concerns with the vans are reported to the Executive Director.
  • Conducts Pre- and Post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety of the vehicle.
  • Assist with milieu management as needed, to include front office coverage, check-in/out process, line of sight, dismissal, and administrative duties as required.
  • Maintains daily vehicle mileage logs and gas receipts turned into the Executive Director at the end of the shift.
  • Maintains patient attendance log, ensuring patients are delivered to authorized adults.
  • Communicate and consult with clinical staff on patient issues.
  • Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.
  • Responsible for creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment-free work environment by understanding and complying with organization policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
