The Outreach Liaison is responsible for driving growth and account retention by discovering exciting referral opportunities and coordinating our outreach efforts for designated accounts. As our direct liaison to the community and referring agencies, you in charge of increasing demand for our services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with our Director of Outreach, the Outreach Liaison is responsible for presenting a positive and professional image of BasePoint within the community. You lead the charge in implementing our strategic sales plan, enhancing our brand, skillfully managing your territory and accounts and working toward achieving our departmental and facility development goals.

Description

Essential Duties:

  • Maintain accurate reporting for all accounts, contacts, inquiries, referrals and admissions in the company CRM.
  • Represent BasePoint programs with community groups and ensure our outreach to all those affiliated with assigned accounts.
  • Transform new active referral accounts into admissions for BasePoint Academy and BasePoint Breakthrough both from new and existing accounts.
  • Work with team members across BasePoint programs to boost referral partner productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Make sure our clients receive accurate and truthful information about our services, complying with federal and state laws.
  • Increase referrals in existing accounts by seeking new opportunities and closing any potential leakage.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders to ensure referral retention.
  • Educate account personnel about BasePoint programming and referral processes to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  • Assist BasePoint with taking our clients to the next level of care.
  • Cultivate a deep knowledge of BasePoint programs, understand competitors and stay apprised of local and regional market trends.
  • Work closely with team members in BasePoint to create an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Perform 15-20 educational meetings per week with qualified referral accounts and active referral accounts, whether in person or over the phone.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company polices and applicable government regulations.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:       Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Healthcare or related field with a business focus.  

Experience:     3-5 years of sales and admissions experience in behavioral health. 

Salary

$90,000 - $115,000 per year
