What You’ll Do

As an Executive Director, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:

  • Responsible for ensuring that company-approved programs are implemented and provided consistently
  • Partners with the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring oversight of the Therapists and providing feedback through the performance evaluation process and, if necessary, through performance coaching.
  • Ensures that all rendered services and supporting documents (for example, treatment plans, CPEs, etc.) are completed in a timely and complete fashion and, when not, develops and executes timely and effective action plans.
  • Works collaboratively with admissions and the utilization review departments to ensure payment for services.
  • Conducts regular audits on patient charts to ensure compliance with BasePoint and regulatory agency requirements.
  • Actively participates in survey activities, including Joint Commission, licensing, and other regulatory services.
  • Coordinates performance improvement and completes monthly KPI reporting.
  • Attends treatment team meetings regularly, identifying opportunities to streamline communication processes, enhance engagement, and identify barrier trends between patients and medically necessary services, and engage in remediation actions when possible (for example: expanding program options and hours to meet patients' scheduling needs)
  • Actively participates in the complaint resolution process as needed.
  • Ensures corrective and compliant resolution for transportation and patient services issues.
  • Regularly collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the program's clinical needs are being met and identifying areas of required support or opportunity.
  • Holds regular meetings with their team, fostering an environment of engagement and cascading information to the team in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Partners with Human Resources to support and lead retention, recruitment, and succession planning initiatives within their department.
  • Supports the Outreach and Marketing team with marketing events and referral source engagement.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

What We’re Looking For

· Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or equivalent in the behavioral health field

· 5+ years of experience working as a clinician to include 2 years of previous management experience.

· Are passionate about serving youth and families with integrity and compassion
