Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Leadership & Hospitality:
  • Warmly greet clients upon arrival, creating an inviting, high-end atmosphere.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
  • Schedule & Client Management:
  • Manage booking schedules, appointment calendars, and client flow to optimize studio efficiency.
  • Guide new clients through intake processes and ensure returning members have a personalized experience.
  • Clinical Support:
  • Assist nursing and clinical staff with preparing IV therapy and supporting client comfort during treatments.
  • Ensure smooth hand-offs between hospitality and clinical care.
  • Studio Operations & Upkeep:
  • Maintain immaculate studio presentation, ensuring treatment rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Monitor inventory of studio supplies, retail products, and amenities.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in high-end hospitality, boutique fitness, medical spa, or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy with experience managing booking/scheduling/retail software.
