Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

2. Create a positive and safe learning environment that fosters students' intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

3. Engage students in meaningful and interactive learning experiences, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

4. Maintain a well-managed classroom by enforcing rules, expectations, and procedures established by the regular classroom teacher.

5. Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to support the holistic development of students.

6. Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging their growth and addressing any areas of concern.

7. Communicate effectively with parents, sharing updates on student progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred.

2. Previous experience working with children or adolescents is highly desirable.

3. Strong passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with students, parents, and colleagues.

7. Valid teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one is advantageous.
