Barrington Christian Academy (BCA) is seeking a dynamic and passionate K–12 Performing Arts Teacher to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in nurturing, equipping, and encouraging students in the development of their God-given gifts through music, theater, and performance. At BCA, we believe the performing arts are a powerful expression of creativity and worship, an opportunity for students to develop confidence, discipline, and a heart for excellence. The ideal candidate will be a Christ-centered educator who is excited to build upon a thriving performing arts program that impacts students both on stage and beyond.
The K–12 Performing Arts Teacher is responsible for creating a vibrant, engaging, and Christ-centered performing arts program that spans elementary through high school. This includes instruction in music, singing, and theater, as well as leading performances that bring the BCA community together.
This role is about more than instruction; it is about discipleship through the arts. The teacher will cultivate student growth in skill, confidence, collaboration, and character, while helping students use their gifts to glorify God and serve others.
At BCA, our vision is that students and graduates lead by serving in every arena of society with passion, skill, integrity, and faith.
We are looking for a performing arts educator who is ready to invest in that vision, helping students use their voices, talents, and creativity to make an impact for Christ.
