Barrington Christian Academy (BCA) is a private, independent, college-preparatory day school serving students in grades K–12. As a nondenominational Christian school community, we welcome students from all faith backgrounds.

Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive

self-concepts.

• Maintain a safe play environment. Observe and monitor children’s play activities.

• Communication with children’s parents or guardians about daily activities, behaviors, and related

issues.

• Acquire, prepare, and serve all snacks. Be sensitive and adhere to the food service needs of children

who have documented allergic reactions to certain food substances.

• Sanitize toys and play equipment. Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in activity

areas.

• Meet or exceed all regulations and license requirements.

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as taking attendance, editing internal paperwork, and

making phone calls.

• Work with BCA’s business office to document attendance for billing purposes and maintain a balanced

budget.
