Barrage Systems is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
  • Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Project Execution and Delivery:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure effective coordination.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve project milestones.
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project transparency.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Change Management:
  • Develop and implement change management plans for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Coordinate user training and support activities.
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new ServiceNow processes and solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge-sharing within the project team.
  • Capture and document lessons learned for future projects.
  • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Certification: Maintain ServiceNow certifications and stay updated on platform enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certification required.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management, preferably in IT or software development.
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year
