Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow ITSM Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to enhance IT service management (ITSM) processes. If you’re passionate about creating efficient workflows, improving user experiences, and solving complex business challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
  • Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

  • Certification Requirements:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other relevant areas are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly, etc.).
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
  • Exposure to multiple ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and best practices.
