Barrage Systems is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing solutions using the ServiceNow platform, and driving innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow customization.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Solution Design:
  • Lead technical solution design sessions for ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure multi-instance ServiceNow environments align with global requirements.
  • Manage and communicate ServiceNow release schedules.
  • Process Documentation and Mapping:
  • Document and map current ITSM processes.
  • Perform gap analyses against desired or best practices (e.g., Lean, ITIL).
  • Elicit and agree on requirements for request workflows and IT self-service.
  • User Support and Issue Resolution:
  • Work directly with end users to resolve escalated issues within ServiceNow.
  • Challenge ServiceNow enhancement requests and integrate process design standards.
  • Stay Informed and Innovate:
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices.
  • Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance logistics and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Understanding of IT service management processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript and AngularJS.
