Job Description: Barrage Systems LLC is seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Architect with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow platform to ensure efficient IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Implement and maintain ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
• Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficiency in ITSM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM / APO, RPA.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB/ITSM, ServiceNow Operations, and ServiceNow HR.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain integrations, configure ServiceNow, and optimize its data model.

Certifications:

Certified ServiceNow Architect or equivalent certifications are required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000
