Barrage Systems is looking for a skilled ServiceNow APO Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our Accounts Payable Operations (APO) solution on a global scale. The role involves managing expenses, preparing and analyzing financial reports, entering journal entries, and reconciling accounts. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in finance and accounting.


- Manage and support the ServiceNow APO solution for the company's global accounts payable operations

- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for any issues related to the APO solution

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to the APO solution

- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize financial operations

- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively utilize the APO solution

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve the APO solution


- Certified in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (CIS-SPM).

- Certified in ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (CIS-APM).

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field

- Proven experience working with ServiceNow APO or similar accounts payable solutions

- Strong understanding of financial operations and accounting principles

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with executive leadership

- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary Range: $80,000 to $95,000 per year
