As a Level 2 Desktop Support Agent at Barrage Systems LLC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company’s computer systems, networks, and data. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT support and work closely with our experienced IT team. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, or via remote access

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

- Install and configure computer systems and applications

- Set up and maintain user accounts

- Ensure security and privacy of systems and information

- Document technical support activities and solutions

- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Agent or similar role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus


Salary:

$26/hr - $28/hr.
