Job Overview:

As a Client Support Specialist for Barney's Sweet Shop, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home. The salary range for this position is $14 to $28 per hour.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Provide product recommendations and information to clients to ensure a positive shopping experience

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on client needs and feedback

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
