Barney's Sweet Shop is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. This role will be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients over the phone or through email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently from a remote location.

**Responsibilities:**

- Contact potential clients to schedule appointments

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

- Keep accurate records of all appointments scheduled

- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth appointment scheduling process

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in appointment setting or customer service preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in basic computer applications

- High school diploma or equivalent
