**Job Overview:**

As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments for our team of professionals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and assistance in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities:**

- Schedule appointments for clients based on availability and preferences

- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information in our scheduling system
