**We are looking for a Receptionist who:
- Has prior experience in the grooming/pet care industry
- Is a true people person with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Can handle multiple tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure
- Works well with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
**Responsibilities include:**
- Greeting clients and their pets with a positive and friendly attitude
- Scheduling appointments and managing a busy calendar
- Handling phone inquiries and client communications
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the spa
