Bantam Communications is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Project Manager to lead our portfolio of clean energy clients. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact and partner for our clients, ensuring their goals are understood, prioritized, and executed with excellence. You'll coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver impactful community engagement campaigns that support renewable energy projects—while cultivating trusted, long-term client relationships that are central to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure clear communication
• Oversee project workflows across Research, Strategy, Digital, and Community Affairs departments
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all client deliverables
• Provide strategic counsel and integration across website development, digital content, media efforts, and community engagement efforts
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class community organizing campaigns
• Conduct quality assurance for all project outputs
• Present regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and timelines effective

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public affairs, marketing, or clean energy
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent client management and communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Bachelor's degree ideally in a relevant field; PMP certification a plus

Compensation:

• This is a full-time, exempt position
• The base annual salary hiring range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000.
• Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as (but not limited to) location, level, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
