Bantam Communications seeks an experienced Manager of Industry Partnerships to lead our new program's renewable energy industry engagement initiatives. This role will be instrumental in building and managing strategic relationships with renewable energy developers across the United States, positioning our organization as the essential bridge between developers and NGO stakeholders.

As Manager of Industry Partnerships, you will build and manage comprehensive developer relationships while driving strategic engagement initiatives. You'll standardize partnership approaches that create lasting connections between developers and stakeholders, while gathering critical intelligence that advances clean energy deployment. This role combines relationship-building expertise with strategic thinking to transform industry connections into meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Partnership Development: Implement and manage comprehensive industry engagement strategies across U.S. markets. Build relationships with key decision-makers, execute strategic outreach programs, and establish structured engagement protocols for different types of developer relationships.
2. Relationship Management & Intelligence: Develop and maintain a nationwide network of renewable energy developer relationships. Identify key contacts, gather critical project pipeline intelligence, and transform developer relationships into actionable insights for NGO partners.
3. Program Implementation: Manage relationship management systems, implement standardized processes for developer engagement, and track metrics for measuring program success. Support the growth and development of developer outreach initiatives.
4. Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key representative to the renewable energy development community, collaborate with internal teams to align developer engagement with NGO support strategies, and provide insights on industry trends and developer needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, with significant time working with renewable energy developers
• Strong network within the renewable energy development community
• Proven track record building and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Track record of implementing successful relationship management programs
• Experience with CRM systems and relationship management tools required
• Background in renewable energy project development strongly preferred
