Job Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and aligned with company capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors, negotiating agreements and ensuring timely payments.
- Handle contract modifications, renewals, and extensions as needed, and maintain accurate records of all contract-related documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contractual issues and disputes, resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on contract status, issues, and opportunities for new business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a service industry.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) certification is a plus.
- Experience in the service industry or familiarity with industry-specific compliance standards.
- Legal background or knowledge of commercial contracts is an advantage.
