This role is responsible for maintaining a positive gym environment, managing check-ins and bookings, supporting clinics and events, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly during peak hours.

Position Summary
The Facility Lead will oversee evening operations (primarily 3pm to close), ensuring a professional, organized, and positive experience for all athletes and families.
Responsibilities
• Manage evening check-ins and member bookings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym and lobby
• Ensure shooting bays and equipment are ready for use
• Support Sunday clinics, camps, and special events
• Communicate clearly with parents and athletes
• Address minor issues independently and escalate when needed
• Help maintain strong gym culture and positive energy
Qualifications
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working with youth athletes and families
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Basketball background preferred
• Leadership mindset and willingness to take ownership
Compensation
$18 per hour
90-day performance review with opportunity for growth based on performance and facility needs
